Axial angular contact ball bearings for main spindles - FAG SCHAEFFLER

Axial angular contact ball bearings for main spindles are used to support axial forces and are combined with a double row cylindrical roller bearing with a tapered bore, which supports the radial forces.

Axial angular contact ball bearings  2344

Double direction axial angular contact ball bearings of series 2344 are highly rigid, axially preloaded super precision bearings with restricted tolerances to class SP for the bearing arrangements of precision spindles in machine tools.

Due to the contact angle of 60°, they can support high axial forces.

Angular contact ball bearings   BAX

Angular contact ball bearings  BAX are super precision angular contact ball bearings to accuracy class P4S for main spindle bearing arrangements in machine tools. They are always supplied as ready-to-fit sets.

Increased load carrying capacity normally brings with it a reduction in the maximum speed. Through the use of angular contact ball bearings BAX, it is possible to fulfil both requirements to a large extent.

The bearings are available with a contact angle of 30° and, for even higher rigidities, also with a contact angle of 40°
