The optibelt BLUE POWER 2 is a high-performance narrow V-belt with a high-flex aramid tension member. In combination with our special cover fabric, bending flexibility is increased. At the same time, all belt components are protected from external influences.

The use of high-quality raw materials and semi-finished products, an optimal manufacturing process, and higher power density through the use of EPDM are the hallmarks of the optibelt BLUE POWER 2 high-performance narrow V-belt. The results are impressive.

The new design with optibelt BLUE POWER 2 V-belts enables a space-saving and cost-effective construction thanks to a reduced number of belts and associated narrower drive pulleys.

Higher performance: Greater efficiency

The optibelt BLUE POWER 2 achieves an efficiency of 97%. The flexibility of individual belts is increased by their special fabric and high-flex aramid tensile cord.

High performance right to the limit

The optibelt BLUE POWER 2 achieves up to 10% higher performance compared to the optibelt BLUE POWER V-belt. This means that fewer belts are required for power transmission, enabling sustainable cost savings through narrower pulleys.
