For retrofitting high-pressure hoses to SKF oil nozzles

SKF pressure oil technology is used for installing and removing pressure ports (roller bearings, couplings, gearboxes, flywheels, railway wheels). If the pressure oil technology cannot be connected via a pressure port, you need a flexible connection solution.

SKF no longer offers high-pressure pipes. They have been replaced by high-pressure hoses and are suitable for connecting pressure oil technology to pressure connections.

The high-pressure pipes were often used together with SKF oil nozzles. With SKF hose conversion kits, many oil nozzles can be retrofitted with a high-pressure hose.

Hose conversion kits should be used to connect existing pressure oil equipment kits to the application. The kits include a set of commonly used application nipples. Additional connection nipples are available on request.

• For applications with 300 MPa (43,500 psi), the manually operated oil nozzles and sets 729101/300MPA, 729101B, THKI 300, and TMJE 300 can be retrofitted with the hose conversion kit 729101-CK1.
• The THAP 300E and THAP 300E/SK1 compressed air-operated oil nozzles and sets can be retrofitted with the THAP 300-HK1 hose conversion kit.
• The compressed air-operated oil nozzles and sets THAP 400E and THAP 400E/SK1 can be retrofitted with the hose conversion kit THAP 400-HK1.
• The THHP 300 hydraulic pump and the THAP 300E/K10 and THAP 400E/K10 pressure oil injector kits are supplied with the new hose solutions; conversion kits are therefore not required.
