Alignment of machine tools - MEAX
MEAX ALIGNMENT SYSTEMS AND YOUR MACHINE RUNS (ON) SCHEDULE!
To prevent machine tools from “rolling” or “tilting” during operation, they must be aligned accordingly before commissioning.
With the Meax method, all you have to do is attach the “M” sensor to the tool holder, for example on the chuck or on the frame/base, to serve as a reference point, while the “R” sensor is attached to the machine table to be moved with it.
In this way, any ‘rolling’ or ‘tilting’ can be easily detected within a very short time and then eliminated.
MEAX LEVEL DUAL
At Meax, they believe that the future has already begun. “MEAX LEVEL DUAL” has set a technical milestone with an accuracy of 0.01 mm/m... and this can even be used on smartphones or tablets via an interface. In no time at all, the user knows whether the tested machine meets the specified requirements. And thanks to wireless connectivity, both axes can even be measured simultaneously.
LOGICAL INTERFACE
MEAX Level is equipped with Bluetooth to connect your mobile device (iOS or Android) seamlessly. The corresponding app is user-friendly and displays deviations with a resolution of 0.001 mm/m. The results are stored on your mobile device and can be processed in the usual way.
DEVELOPED TO MAKE THE USER'S WORK EASIER
The batteries of both sensors have a working capacity of around 12 hours and can then be recharged via a USB connection. The remaining operating time can be called up on both sensors. The sensors are turquoise in color so that they are always easy to see and cannot be overlooked. The IP65 rating also allows the user to use the device in less than clean environments without any problems.
