Meanwhile it is well known, that calcium containing lubricants at temperatures over °300°C may adversely react to chrome containing alloys.

Reaction may produce a yellow residue that maybe toxic «Chrome 6» or «hexavalent chrome», a known carcinogenic material.

After A.W. Chesterton Company had taken lead role in R&D a new product had been developed, 785 ULTRA, a synthetic based, calciumfree lubricant, which eliminates potential Cr (VI)

Applications
Compression Gas Turbines, Burner Nozzels, Metallurgical Furnaces, domaine of Conrete & Steel in general, Kilns, … means direct heat areas, exhaust gases, flames, etc.
