QUADRO LINEAR TABLES WITHOUT DRIVE

The closed LZBU Quadro linear table ...is constructed from a closed Quadro linear bearing unit, two tandem shaft blocks, and two shafts of any length. The bearing unit is equipped with four LBCD-LS linear ball bearings, each sealed on one side and with adjustable angles.

The LZBU-A version allows axial movement of the linear bearing unit, i.e. the shafts are fixed to the machine bed with LEAS-A shaft blocks.

The LZBU-B version is constructed with LEAS-B shaft blocks. This combination allows the shafts to be moved with the shaft blocks when the linear bearing unit is fixed in place.

LZBU Quadro linear tables are available in sizes from 8 to 50 mm. However, size 8 is not angle-adjustable and cannot be relubricated.

The description of the closed Quadro linear tables also applies to the combination of Quadro linear bearing units LQBR ... 2LS with linear ball bearings of the ISO series 1, tandem shaft blocks LEBS and shafts with diameters from 12 to 50 mm (only on request).

The open LZAU Quadro linear table ... is constructed from an open Quadro linear bearing unit, two shaft supports, and two precision shafts. The bearing unit is equipped with four angle-adjustable LBCF-A-LS linear ball bearings, each sealed on one side.

The length gradation for these open tables is based on the distance between the mounting holes of the LRCB shaft supports used here.

The total length should always be a multiple of this distance. LZAU Quadro linear tables are available in sizes from 12 to 50 mm.
