Precision rail guide slides non driven - GCL GCLA
GCL and GCLA are pre-assembled slides made of steel or aluminium and crossed roller precision rail guides for applications that require highest guiding accuracy and guiding stiffness.
For easy mounting, there are predefined interfaces in both top and base. For GCL and GCLA, the stroke is limited by internal end stops.
Features and benefits
- Top and base plates available in blackened steel or cast iron - depending on size (GCL) or aluminium (GCLA)
- Standard patterns of attachment holes for easy mounting
- Upper and lower surfaces are ground
- Very low friction
- Reference face parallel to the slide axis (opposite of screws for clearance adjustment)
- Internal stops to limit the stroke
