In the food and beverage industry, the tobacco, pharmaceutical, and medical industries, as well as in the packaging industry and the logistics sector, strict regulations must often be met as the basis for successful business operations.

Today's focus: turned seals according to customer specifications

Almost anything can be turned on profiles, from piston/rod seals to scrapers and rotary seals to guide and support rings. Turned seals are usually available at short notice from approx. 2 mm inner diameter up to 650 mm outer diameter. Larger seals up to d24000 mm (?!) are available on request.

Permissible pressures

Depending on the application / seal type / speed / pressure and load conditions as well as the corresponding FDA material (FDA), there are standardized solutions up to 1500 bar, which can be adapted / optimized.

Standard materials are available as materials with FDA approval:

• For thermoplastics, these are in particular various PTFE compounds, Peek, POM, UHMWE-PE
• For elastomers, these are primarily FKMs, EPDMs, HNBRs, silicones, etc.
• In addition, various polyurethanes are also available.
