There are many sealing solutions for FDA applications, divided here into a) mechanical seals, b) packings, c) flat gaskets, d) other raw materials, e.g. from premium manufacturer Chesterton – see pages 91 and 92.
If a customer wants to have special seals developed and manufactured, premium manufacturer SKF also has a great team ready to quickly and carefully not only provide professional sealing solutions for practically every area, but also to “carve them out of the block” on customer order (minimum quantity 1 piece!).
