SKF Y-TECH bearing units are a combination of Y-bearings and composite housings.

They have been developed for bearing arrangements that have to operate reliably in difficult environments for long periods without maintenance.

The Y-TECH flanged bearing units are available in two basic designs:

FYK and FYKC series with square outer shape and four mounting holes
FYTBK and FYTBKC series with oval outer shape and two mounting holes
The Y-TECH flanged bearing units of the FYK and FYTBK series are part of the preferred range and are therefore available from stock.

The Y-TECH flanged bearing units in the FYKC and FYTBKC series, on the other hand, are primarily designed for use in the food and beverage industry and are fitted with a stainless steel bearing or galvanized bearing rings. The bearings are filled with a food-compatible lubricating grease. The availability of these bearing units should be requested.
