SKF Y-TECH bearing units are a combination of Y-bearings and composite housings.

They have been developed for bearing arrangements that have to operate reliably in difficult environments for long periods without maintenance.

The Y-TECH plummer block units in the SYK series are part of the preferred range and are therefore available from stock.

The Y-TECH plummer block units in the SYKC series, on the other hand, are primarily designed for use in the food and beverage industry and are fitted with a stainless steel bearing or galvanized bearing rings. The bearings are filled with a food-compatible lubricating grease. These bearing units are available on request.
