High-precision system for aligning V-belt pulleys
Belt-driven machines must be precisely aligned to achieve the longest possible service life for belts and pulleys while reducing system vibration levels and energy costs.
The user-friendly SKF TKBA 40 belt alignment system enables precise alignment of the grooves on V-belt pulleys. It can compensate for vertical and horizontal misalignment as well as parallel misalignment.
The system consists of two components – a laser transmitter and a receiver.
With its powerful magnets and wedge guides for the pulley grooves, the TKBA 40 can be installed quickly and easily.
